Hey y’all, welocme ro TBF Co! I’m Nurse Maci! 💕 A Jackson, Mississippi PCOS Advocate, community health nurse, daughter, wife, mom, and creator of this unique wellness brand.

At my highest I was over 300 pounds, and I’ve since lost 100+ pounds naturally. When I started my journey, I couldn’t find sauna gear in my size, so I got mine custom made. I loved it and eventually started offering it to the public along with our Bodied Brew Herbs. That’s right.. I built TBF Co. while I was going through my own journey!

Maintaining weight loss has definitely been a roller coaster and not a straight line. I’ve always been transparent about that and I share what works for me as I go.

Living with PCOS and Hashimoto’s has made me more intentional about creating a lifestyle I can actually maintain. For me, that includes TBF Co. products along with intermittent fasting, planning, journaling, prayer, movement, hydration, rest and giving myself grace when life happens.

TBF Co. has never been about being one particular size. It’s about confidence, community, self care, resetting when you need to and maintaining the progress you’ve worked for. We’re here for women and men of all sizes and at every stage of the journey.

And since y’all are ALWAYS asking, “What do you use?” “What are you wearing?” “Where did you get that?” ☺️ I’m sharing more of the products, foods, fashion, wellness tools and everyday finds that are really part of my life.

Sauna Gear

A Little More Sweat Without Doing the Most

When I was close to 300 pounds at 5'2", I wanted nothing more than to get a good sweat in. Growing up, my Dad would say " You have to sweat!". I watched my dad layer his clothes and lift weights in our garage, so sweating was always something I associated with putting in work. When you sweat you feel better. You crave to sweat more & more. Before you know it you're active.

When I started my own journey, I couldn’t find sauna belts or vests in my size. I felt left out and judged by the fitness industry. And at that size, my joints couldn’t always tolerate intense workouts.
